  • All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
  • Product availability and prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order.
  • We make every effort to display product colors and descriptions accurately, but cannot guarantee exactness due to screen differences.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We currently ship to [Latvia, the EU, etc.]. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on your location.

4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Some products (e.g., opened skincare, hygiene items) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

We accept payments via major credit cards, Apple Pay, and other methods offered via Shopify Payments and/or Stripe/Revolut.
